Her career spans over 15 years across the consulting, nonprofit, and tech sectors, with a focus on leadership development, enterprise transformation, and human capital strategy. Before joining Aretetic, Elizabeth led large-scale change initiatives and advised senior leaders on performance management, diversity, and cross-functional collaboration, most recently at Deloitte. Her foundation in education and social impact, shaped by roles at Ashoka and PXE International, gives her a unique ability to align mission, people, and performance.
